Who is your target customer? My target customers are commercial real estate owners, as well as contractors in the solar, HVAC, electrical and water conservation sectors.
Who is your primary target contact? Principals owning commercial real estate.
What sets you apart from the competition? Being an integrated PACE Program Administrator and capital provider unlike other PACE firms, Dividend is in the unique position of controlling the entire PACE financing origination and administration process, unlike most other PACE companies.
When you are not working, what do you like to do? I am keenly interested in mid-century architecture and design. I spend much of my free time with our elementary school-age children, especially camping.
