As VP of Marketing for the firm, Janet brings more than 20 years of experience in the real estate investment arena overseeing all the company’s branding, social media, public relations and media outreach and corporate event planning. Through her creative expertise in crafting and developing an effective marketing strategy, she has helped several companies and clients win awards and contracts increasing revenue streams and profitability.
Who is your target customer?We focus on the accredited investor (a net worth of $1 million +) who may be retired and seeking diversification in their investment portfolio. Also, we offer the investment vehicle of 1031 exchanges that help property owners find replacement properties if they are tired of the day to day management of owning properties.
Who is your primary contact? We work with securities broker/dealers and registered reps who can offer our student housing investments and real estate funds to their clients as an alternative asset to mutual bonds, stocks and other financial products.

When you are not working, what do you like to do?I ‘ve been doing boot camp for several years now and absolutely love it! Also, I enjoy writing and sharing insights about dating and relationships and have started a Twitter account @occreative. It’s fun connecting and knowing what’s important to others. I also enjoy going to cultural events, comedy clubs and traveling. Since I love to eat, then cooking is also a fun hobby for me especially when I have the time and ingredients.
