Clients that I work with generally own or occupy office, retail and industrial properties in Southern California.

Who is your target customer? Small business owners and C-Suite professional that are responsible for their company’s real estate decisions.
Who is your primary contact? We work directly with the hiring team and C-suite, including business owners, CEOs, VPs of Sales and/or Marketing and VPs of Human Resources.
What sets you apart from the competition? I have worked as an Asset Manager, Broker, and Senior Real Estate Manager during my 20+ years in the commercial real estate industry. This range of experience allows me to save clients considerable time, money and headaches by knowing how to avoid the many pitfalls associated with commercial leases which are not afforded the protections commonly associated with residential real estate.
