Summary: Consultative software sales and account management of web-based, enterprise software applications. Working with large, complex healthcare organizations nationally to prospect, define value, determine scope/spec of solution set and close sales. Works with c-suite finance, IT and administrative managers. Deep knowledge of product and plans and executes sales presentations, demos, proposals, value proposition/ROI documents and contracts. Works closely with the support team to manage clients during and post-implementation. Works closely with marketing on promotions, messaging and direct to buyer activities.

Deep industry knowledge from prior operations experience in hospitals, medical groups and managed care organizations; use of collaborative models for working with new business prospects and clients; strong finance, accounting and systems background; previous consulting experience working with entrepreneurial companies to develop their sales force automation and CRM platforms; experience in VC-funded/pre-IPO companies; strong leadership and volunteer ethos.
