Who is your target customer? At this point in my career, my target customer is any hotel.
Who is your primary target contact? I work at the executive level within the Brands and Management companies, while my National Accounts team works at a similar level and below. My Field Sales team work at the property level calling on the GM, Director of Engineering and Executive Housekeeper.
What sets you apart from the competition? Logistical superiority, buying leverage (buying the same products for multiple industries) while maintaining separate focus from a sales standpoint. Outstanding consultative sales force driving penetration.
When you are not working, what do you like to do? Cycling and Golf, I ride in the Bay to Bay MS ride every year supporting MS as my cause.
