Summary: After holding many leadership roles on the insurance carrier side for 27 years, I joined Barney & Barney, now a Marsh & McLennan Agency LLC Company, in 2008. For the last 6 years, I have had the honor of leading the Employee Benefits Sales Team state wide. My focus is to grow new business revenue for all four offices while retaining current clients with services and value that is best in class. I am also responsible for recruiting new sales talent to our organization. With or without an existing book of business, we look for those who share our values, fit well culturally and have a desire to grow as an Employee Benefits professional.

Who is your target customer? Target customers are middle-market companies in the Western Region of the United States with 100-1000 employees, within the private and public sectors.

Who is your primary target contact? Primary target contacts are CEO, CFO or Controller, VP or Director of Human Resources.

When you are not working, what do you like to do? I coach competitive soccer for the San Diego Surf Soccer Club.
