Summary: Sales Growth Associates, LLC, (SGA) is a Center for Sandler Training , Consulting and Coaching located in Carlsbad, CA. SGA focuses on creating growth and high performance “front-end” teams through professional sales development; management, marketing and strategy consulting (“right hand man” resources); and personal development through assessments and coaching.

Rob is a practioner, consultant, and educator specializing in sales, marketing and strategy. He focuses on growing both the top and bottom line of organizations of all sizes. His rich background as a senior business executive, hands-on manager and non-profit board member provide a unique and valuable perspective for building successful organizations. Rob is a trusted and respected advisor and coach to not only senior executives but also front-line personnel.

He held executive positions with Roper Industries, MSC.Software, MagneTek, and Northrop Grumman. He was a trustee and Board Chair for the Carlsbad Library, Board member for Senior Community Centers, President of Mission Circle, and founding President of the Peter F. Drucker Graduate Management Center, Claremont Graduate University Alumni Association, and a graduate of LEAD San Diego.

He is currently a member of San Diego Business Resources, the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce, American Society of Training and Development, Co-Chair Drucker Alumni Association in San Diego, and Vistage in addition to the Sales Leadership Alliance.

Rob has an Advanced Management Degree from Claremont Graduate School, an MBA from Ashland University, and BS Engineering from Arizona State. He also has an Executive MBA Refresher from University of Southern California.

When you are not working, what do you like to do? Rob is married to Teri, with a daughter, Anna, who is a High School Junior at Pacific Ridge School in Carlsbad. We enjoy sports of all kinds, including yoga, and family activities.
