Arthur is the President & Founder of Accelerant Coaching, a Certified Executive Coach, and a Professional Trainer/Coach, working with clients including Cisco Systems.

Arthur is a contemporary learner who combines extensive experience with emerging trends and the latest technology to spark innovative thinking and solutions. Arthur’s leadership roles, including VP and President, have spanned a variety of industries. His broad perspective comes from leading successful teams in corporations with revenue of up to $1 billion, while also working with many start-ups and small, entrepreneurial companies. For instance, after developing and leading sales training departments at two publicly held corporations, Arthur founded a boutique firm specializing in technology-enabled marketing and social media.

Arthur earned his BS from SUNY Cortland. He received his Professional Coach Certification training from GI Institute in New York City. Arthur is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), credentialed through the International Coach Federation (ICF) and serves as founding Board member of the San Diego chapter of ICF. He is a certified Enhanced Practitioner of Conversational Intelligence (C-IQ). Arthur is also a practitioner of “Coaching with ROI”, a system designed to demonstrate quantitative and qualitative value to individuals and companies enrolled in coaching contracts or projects. Arthur’s sales-related credentials and certifications include Conversational Selling, Conceptual Selling, Karras Negotiation, Fire-Up Training, Power Presenting, various sales training programs, and Social Media Certification.

The coaching Arthur offers maximizes results and sustained growth through the use of unique “live coaching” options, technology-enabled support systems, and ROI tools. Arthur has also provided over 2,000 hours of coaching for CEOs/Chairs at Vistage Worldwide, the world’s leading business advisory and executive coaching organization. The coaching and training Arthur offers have benefited hundreds of professionals in corporate environments as well as entrepreneurs, seasoned leaders and ascending millennials in the U.S. and globally.

With 30 years of professional facilitation and training experience, Arthur has developed and facilitated training programs for hundreds of professionals in corporations with up to $1 billion in revenue. He created and led an 8-week Social Media Certification program. He also facilitated multi-day workshops for engineers at Cisco Systems globally for the past 12 years, averaging 4.9 ratings on a scale where five is the highest. He was a Dale Carnegie Trainer (public speaking, management, sales, executive image) and in Toastmasters, he earned the “Toastmaster of the Year” award.

What sets you apart from the competition?
 Recently, research was conducted on Best Practices in Sales Coaching Across the Workforce. This study was sponsored by Training Industry, Inc. and Richardson. The research focused on how organizations across industries are supporting sales coaching. The emphasis was on leadership alignment, communication plans, and metrics in sales strategy. In Q4 of 2015, 266 companies completed a confidential survey reporting their companies use of coaching programs in support of sales personnel. Below is one of the key findings:
